We, the founders of Siren Coastal, founded Unicorn Oyster Farm, which we have grown since 2019. Unicorn Oyster was setup with a similar goal to deliver oysters as fresh as possible directly to restaurants after harvest. Our dedication to high quality and freshness has resonated with local chefs and with the people throughout New England.
