This rare bottom cultivated petite variety is raised in one of the few unique rocky spaces on the bottom of the Damariscotta River estuary in Maine. Bottom cultivated oysters are left to grow naturally in the cold, clean, nutrient rich waters resulting in a deeper cup and more robust flavors. Limited supply.
